The hotel offers gorgeous views of the surroundings, providing a very nice and comfortable stay. The service was exceptional, with a warm welcome and customer-oriented approach. The location, while secluded, offers peaceful and relaxing evenings, complemented by clean surroundings. The dining experience was truly enjoyable, especially with the stunning views. However, the room readiness needed improvement, lacking an apology or explanation.

Staying at this hotel felt like being in a multi-million-dollar property's guesthouse in the south of France. The rooms offer breathtaking views of the snow-capped mountains and are designed for ultimate comfort and functionality. However, some aspects of the service and dining fell short of expectations.
